Overall the Stamina 35-1400 ATS Air Rower is fair enough if you want to buy a rowing machine and you are limited by your budget. If you are not too keen on the features that come with a good exercise machine but simply want a regular fitness workout, this Stamina Air Rower can serve your purpose. However, Stamina cant really do miracles with this model. The Stamina 35-1400 is cheap and easy to use, and can be folded and wheeled away for easy storage. Its perfect for anyone who has limited space. You wont get much reliability with this one though, but if you are a novice user and you dont intend to upgrade to more intense workouts, this rowing machine should hold for you. |
